Academic Nursing Administrator’s Experiences with Social Distancing During COVID-19 Study

COVID-19 had a significant impact on the educational environment. One key impact is the need for social distancing. This research is being conducted to explore the experiences of academic nursing administrators in undergraduate nursing programs with social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic. The goal is to gain insight that can be shared with policymakers to improve the nursing practice environment in the future.

Qualifications

Key eligibility inclusion criteria include academic nursing administrators of undergraduate nursing programs for at least one year with social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Administrators may be directors, managers, supervisors, or anyone making decision in academia related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Expectations

  • Complete a screening survey in approximately 10 minutes
  • Participate in one 45-60 minute interview via Zoom
